I like this scooter. Okay its not a badass motorcycle or a Supersport etc. But its great for urban mobility and commuting. Its comfy and has all the comfort features you described. Try commuting on a Fireblade in Autumn or winter. I commute on a Moto Guzzi Stelvio at the moment. But seriously are considdering a Maxi scooter for doing my 105 mile a day commute. Buying a Maxi scooter as a workhorse and a nice motorcycle beside the Maxi to ride in the weekend.

A good idea would be to cover the air inlets in front of the fuel tank. Water can get into the air box and soak the filter.
